Job summary

adidas Roermond store is looking for a Sales Consultant to greet customers and help them find the right gear, apparel and footwear in a fast-paced setting.

You will act as a brand ambassador, support merchandising and stocking, and participate in trainings to stay current with products and promotions. A passion for sport and prior retail experience are preferred, with weekend/evening flexibility and English proficiency.

• Prior experience in sport or fashion retail.
• Passion for sport, fitness or fashion.
• Motivated by targets and knowledge of store KPIs.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Team player with resilience and eagerness to learn.
• Good communications skills in English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in line with adidas values.
• Collaborate to drive sales through visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries and store upkeep.
• Own learning by completing trainings and applying knowledge on the shop floor.
