Job summary

ADIDAS Roermond store is seeking a Sales Consultant to welcome customers and help them find the right gear, apparel and footwear. You will be a brand ambassador, delivering energetic service aligned with adidas values in a high-energy, international outlet environment.

You will support visual merchandising, stock replenishment and store upkeep while actively learning through product trainings and trend knowledge to meet store targets and provide excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sport or fashion retail environment.
• Passion for sport, fitness or fashion.
• Motivated by targets and have knowledge of store KPIs.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
• Good communications skills in English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by assisting in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries and general store upkeep to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
