Job summary

Adidas in Amsterdam is seeking a Sales Consultant to greet customers and help them find the right gear, apparel, and footwear to elevate performance.

You will bring energy, product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude, with experience in sport or fashion retail. The role offers a dynamic environment, weekend/evening shifts, and opportunities to develop across the Adidas brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in sport or fashion retail is required.
• Passion for sport, fitness or fashion.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Good communications skills in English.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by assisting in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries and general store upkeep to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and applying them on the shop floor.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and trends in sport and fitness.
