Job summary

Cartier in Amsterdam invites applications for a Sales Associate in our luxury boutique on PC Hoofstraat. You will engage with clients, showcase Cartier's iconic creations, and deliver outstanding service in a fast paced luxury environment.

The role requires prior experience in fine jewelry or watches, excellent English communication, and a client-focused, meticulous approach. Dutch language is a plus, and weekend availability is expected to support boutique hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fine Jewelry or Watches required.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus.
• Meticulous, client-focused and well organized.

Responsibilities

• You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales and aftersales service skills.
• You will drive sales and nurture client relationships to generate leads.
• You will uphold boutique operations standards and aftersales procedures.
• You will participate in clientelling activities and events.
• You will work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

How will you make an impact?

• You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after sales service skills
• You will drive sales and act as a role model, constantly nurturing relationships with clients to generate sales leads while building sincere and durable relationships
• You will uphold the highest boutique operations standards, including aftersales procedure
• You will participate to off-site events and clienteling activities
• You will be on working on weekends (every Saturdays and Sundays)

How will you experience success with us?

• You have previous experience in Fine Jewelry/Watches
• You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus
• You have a solid knowledge and passion for gemstones and watches
• You have excellent interpersonal competences in order to develop a network of loyal clients
• You are meticulous, organized, and highly client focused
