Job summary

Cartier, a world leading luxury jewelry and watches Maison, seeks a passionate Sales Associate for its Amsterdam boutiques on P.C. Hoofstraat.

You will deliver exceptional service, promote Cartier creations, and nurture relationships to drive sales across a diverse, international client base. Based in Amsterdam, you will collaborate with experienced colleagues, uphold boutique standards, and participate in clienteling activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fine Jewelry/Watches.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client relationship focus.
• Meticulous, organized and client oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through sales and after-sales service.
• Drive sales and build lasting relationships with clients to generate leads.
• Maintain boutique operations standards and aftersales procedures.
• Participate in off-site events and clienteling activities.
• Work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

How will you make an impact?

• You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after sales service skills
• You will drive sales and act as a role model, constantly nurturing relationships with clients to generate sales leads while building sincere and durable relationships
• You will uphold the highest boutique operations standards, including aftersales procedure
• You will participate to off-site events and clienteling activities
• You will be on working on weekends (every Saturdays and Sundays)

How will you experience success with us?

• You have previous experience in Fine Jewelry/Watches
• You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus
• You have a solid knowledge and passion for gemstones and watches
• You have excellent interpersonal competences in order to develop a network of loyal clients
• You are meticulous, organized, and highly client focused
