Job summary

Cartier in Amsterdam seeks a Boutique Assistant to warmly welcome clients, manage waiting times and support Sales Associates during busy periods while maintaining a pristine boutique environment.

You will also onboard BA interns, assist with client services and fragrance sales, and help the CRM team with gifting strategies during daily briefs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients; manage waiting times with information and storytelling about Cartier and the boutique.
• Support in boutique operations by ensuring the environment is impeccable and replenishing floor supplies daily.
• Assist Sales Associates during sales and onboard new BA interns; support client services and fragrance sales.
• Coordinate with CRM and internal teams for gifting and daily brief communications.

Your Mission

Our world-leading luxury Maison in Jewelry and Watches - Cartier is looking for a passionate and highly professional Boutique Assistant to join our boutique in Amsterdam. As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for welcoming our clients, managing waiting time and ensuring that they are being taken care of in the most efficient manner. You will also support in assisting the Sales Associates during sales and participate in daily boutique operations.

How will you make an impact?

Floor Management

• Welcome and greet clients upon their arrival in the boutique
• Support in managing the waiting time, providing information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique, and making sure the clients are being taken care of.
• Support in ensuring the Boutique's environment is impeccable from the boutique's set up and set down.
• Responsible in managing, ordering and daily replenishment of floor supplies such as shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, wrapping paper, client beverages as necessary to ensure smooth operations
• Responsible for the onboarding of new BA interns
• Targeted on waiting time, welcoming and grooming of the team Barometer

Sales Support

• Assist the team throughout the sales managing gift wrapping, assisting discreetly with various tasks as needed.
• Assist the team with client services, such as executing quick services as needed (cordon change, shining etc.)
• Assist the team by selling fragrances

Extra tasks

• Responsible for supporting SA to elevate their client experience by informing them about local events during daily briefs, proactively checking what client could be interested in.
• Contact with the CRM team to understand and support the team with their gifting strategy
• Support boutique activation campaign like Easter, Mother's Day etc...
