Job summary

Cartier Amsterdam seeks a passionate Boutique Assistant Intern to join our luxury maison. Based in the Amsterdam boutique, you will welcome clients, manage waiting times, and support Sales Associates during sales while participating in daily boutique operations.

You will assist with client services, such as quick services and gift wrapping, and help keep the boutique environment impeccable during opening and closing.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and team spirit.
• Passion for luxury and our Maison.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients upon arrival in the Cartier Amsterdam boutique.
• Assist in managing waiting times and provide information about the Maison and boutique.
• Support Sales Associates during sales and assist with daily boutique operations.
• Assist with quick client services and gift wrapping as needed.
• Help with replenishment of selling floor supplies to ensure smooth operations.

Our world-leading luxury Maison in Jewelry and Watches - Cartier is looking for a passionate and highly professional Boutique Assistant Intern to join our boutiques in Amsterdam.

As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for welcoming our clients, managing waiting time and ensuring that they are being taken care of in the most efficient manner. You will also support in assisting the Sales Associates during sales and participate in daily boutique operations.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Welcoming and greeting clients upon their arrival in the boutique
• Support in managing the waiting time, providing information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique, and making sure the clients are being taken care of.
• Assisting the team throughout the sales managing gift wrapping, assisting discreetly with various tasks as needed.
• Assisting the team with client services, such as executing quick services as needed (cordon change, etc.)
• Support in ensuring the boutique's environment is impeccable and assisting with the boutique's daily set up and break down for opening/closing.
• Supporting in handling the daily replenishment of selling floor supplies such as shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, wrapping paper, client beverages as necessary to ensure smooth operations.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Dutch language is a plus.
• You have a strong customer focus and team spirit.
• You have a passion for our Maison and luxury.
