& OTHER STORIES is seeking a Sales Advisor in Amsterdam to warmly welcome customers, deliver excellent service, and support store operations. You will engage with customers, assist at the cash desk and fitting rooms, and contribute to merchandising and stock replenishment on the floor.

Part-time, 26 hours per week, with a focus on flexible evenings and weekends. Training and benefits accompany your role within the H&M Group family.

Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries, replenishingstockand merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor.

With warmth and enthusiasm,you'llguide our customers through their journey, offering genuineassistanceand proactive service to uplift and inspire. Together, in collaboration with your team,you’llcreate moments that matter.

Whilepreviousexperience in customer service and familiarity withfabricsare nice to have,they'renot mandatory.

• Understandingof store operations & customer service skills frompreviousretail experience
• Confident in offering customers advice on fashion trends, materials, sizingetc

Additional Information

This is apart-timepositionwitha contract of 26 hours a week.
