Job summary

Longchamp, a luxury fashion house, is expanding its presence at Bijenkorf Eindhoven with a Sales Advisor role. The position offers a flexible contract of 24 to 38 hours per week and reports to the Concession Manager.

You will deliver an exceptional client experience while representing the brand with energy and authenticity. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in premium retail, knowledge of clienteling tools and KPIs, and is fluent in Dutch and English.

To strengthen our presence at Bijenkorf Eindhoven, we are recruiting a Sales Advisor to complete our growing team of 2 people. Reporting to the Concession Manager, your main role will be to deliver an exceptional client experience while representing the Longchamp brand with energy and authenticity.

By joining our team, you will help perpetuate our heritage of excellence in craftsmanship while contributing to ambitious, innovative projects.

This position is offered on a flexible contract ranging from 24 to 38 hours per week, depending on availability and profile.

Your main responsibilities

1. Client experience, clienteling and loyalty

• Proactively welcome and guide clients in discovering the Brand and its products
• Listen attentively to client needs to maximise sales while ensuring sincere and impeccable service
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised follow-up and exclusive services
• Develop and manage a client database using digital tools to strengthen engagement and foster long-term loyalty

2. Store operations

• Contribute to the smooth daily running of the store (cashiering, stock, merchandise flow, etc.)
• Ensure impeccable presentation of the concession in line with luxury standards
• Participate in Visual Merchandising updates in line with guidelines
• Support back-office tasks (inventories, replenishment, product transfers, etc.)

3. Brand ambassador role

• Embody Longchamp’s values of energy, authenticity, and excellence every day
• Deliver a unique and memorable experience to every client

What you bring to the table

• At least 2 years’ experience in premium retail
• Knowledge of retail KPIs and ability to use clienteling tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a sales-driven mindset
• Excellent presentation and polished image consistent with luxury retail standards
• Fluency in Dutch and English (an additional language is a plus)
