Job summary

Chanel is seeking a 40h/week Sales Associate in Amsterdam to support sales and the overall customer experience. The role involves assisting the fashion advisor, serving both local and international clients, and participating in pre-collection training.

Qualifications

  • MBO-4 or Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fluent in English or Dutch, with strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ready to relocate to Amsterdam for the interview.

Responsibilities

  • Sales support on the shop floor and back-office tasks.
  • Guarantee excellent customer experience for local and international clients.
  • Support fashion advisor on the floor during service.
  • Participate in training before each new collection launch.
  • Assistance with stock, transfers, and boutique operations.
  • Ensure smooth processing of after-sales requests.

Tasks and responsibilities
  • Sales support
  • Guarantee the excellence of the customer experience
  • Support fashion advisor on the floor
  • Provide the best services to our local and international clients
  • Take part of the "Message mode" training before each new collection launch
  • Operational support
  • Manage back-office supplies (packaging, drinks, stationary, uniforms…)
  • Support our Visual Merchandiser to ensure boutique display
  • Follow-up ongoing request for after-sales services
  • Support our stock manager: goods receptions and expeditions, inventories
  • Help implementing some new stock optimizations
  • Manage transfers in between boutiques
Profile
  • MBO-4 or Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English or Dutch
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to details

You are available 40h / week and during the week-ends

Please be ready to move to Amsterdam for an interview
