Job description

This is us:

We are Exellyn, an Infinite Group company. We specialize in centralized procurement and global standardization of IT infrastructure. We provide global deployment solutions, IT infrastructure management, and professional services, such as imaging, asset tagging, and installations. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience for our multinational customers.

We serve clients across the globe. We’re not ones to brag but name a country and we’ve probably worked there, even in the most remote locations. And we offer a single point of contact for the entire range of our solutions and services anywhere. We make sure that all our customers receive efficient and timely support, in compliance with their local standards and culture.

We can’t do this on our own. That’s why we are always on the lookout for new or proven talent, as they introduce fresh perspective on our business. We are looking for a multi-talented, dynamic, and energetic person who will join a fun team to help us grow our portfolio of solutions and services. International experience and mindset will give you a head start.

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding position with opportunities for continuous learning and improvement? Keep on reading!

This is you:

  • You build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and deliver excellent service at every step.

  • You manage contracts, sales orders, and customer agreements with accuracy and ownership.

  • You coordinate international customer projects, keeping stakeholders aligned and ensuring smooth pricing, logistics, and delivery processes.

  • You maintain clean, up-to-date customer data and onboarding details across internal systems and the Global IT Portal.

  • You create proposals, support the sales process end‑to‑end, and contribute directly to achieving sales goals.

  • You collaborate across teams, share knowledge, and help improve how sales operations run.

Your day in the office:

Every day is unique and brings its share of unexpected. However, this is how a typical day in our offices would look like:

  • 9:00 You start your day with a coffee and a casual check-in with the other sales accelerators. You align on priorities, exchange weekend highlights, and get energized by working alongside colleagues from all over the world.

  • 09:30 Time to get into it. You review incoming requests and take care of order processing and client-related setups. You’re in constant contact with different internal teams to make sure everything is arranged correctly. Even though certain processes are standard, with every customer being different, no two mornings will be exactly the same.

  • 11:00 You join a team meeting to go through active opportunities and operational topics. Together with account managers and services team, you discuss next steps for key accounts and how to support your customer best in ongoing and upcoming projects.

  • 13:00 Lunch break! Whether you enjoy the lunch buffet or bring your own food, you use this time to connect with colleagues. After lunch it’s time to burn those calories off by joining your colleagues on a walk or maybe having a competitive ping-pong sesh

  • 14:00 Back at your desk, you hop on a Teams call with a customer. You walk them through processes, timelines, or order details and make sure all their questions are answered. As their main point of contact for operational topics, you keep things running smoothly.

  • 15:00 Time to shift into a focus mode. You handle follow-ups, system updates and all the behind-the-scenes work that helps deals move forward.

  • 17:15 You close out the day by syncing with your teammate or sending a final update to a customer. Working with international clients might occasionally mean staying a bit flexible, when closing the deal needs that extra push. After all is done, you head home, join your colleagues for a little borrel in the city or choose the fit way and enjoy a workout at our company gym

What's in it for you:

  • Very attractive remuneration package (base salary + commissions + 8% holiday allowance)

  • A personal growth path and the potential to quickly grow in M&R (money and responsibilities)

  • A permanent contract from the start

  • A laptop and a phone

  • Access to our \"Be All You Can Be\" program that includes a healer, coach, and expat service, among others.

  • An attractive pension plan: the premium percentage for the pension plan is 15% and the employee/employer split is 50/50

  • Complete and ongoing training from the start

  • International vibe in a multi-cultural team across several countries

  • An exciting workplace that includes a company gym and a weekly personal trainer

  • Opportunity to participate in an amazing adventure that starts now and hopefully never ends

What we are after:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • You have 2 to 4 years of experience as part of a sales or customer service team

  • You write and speak English fluently. Other languages are always a plus

  • You are proactive (toward clients and your colleagues) to provide help when and where needed

  • You are business and solutions-minded

  • You are detail-oriented and strive to do things right

  • You have solid planning and organizational skills

  • You feel comfortable within a fast-moving international environment
