Job description

We are Exellyn, an Infinite Group company. We specialize in centralized procurement and global standardization of IT infrastructure. In short, it means we provide global deployment solutions, IT infrastructure management, and professional services, such as imaging, asset tagging, and installations. The main goal during this process is to provide a seamless experience for our multinational customers.

We serve clients across the globe. We’re not ones to brag, but name a country, and we’ve probably worked there, even in the most remote locations. And everywhere we offer a single point of contact for the entire range of our solutions and services. We make sure that all our customers receive efficient and timely support, in compliance with their local standards and culture.

We can’t do this on our own. That’s why we are always on the lookout for new or proven talent, especially if you can introduce a fresh perspective on our business.

Ready for a role that keeps you growing, learning, and genuinely excited to show up each day? Then you’re in the right place.

Your responsibilities

Your main responsibility will consist mainly of:

  • You present and sell our full solution portfolio, aligning customer needs with the right products and services.
  • You build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as their primary point of contact.
  • You create sales proposals, manage non‑standard requests, and handle customer‑specific agreements on pricing, logistics, and delivery.
  • You process sales and purchase orders in the ERP system and ensure all customer data in CRM and IT portals is accurate and up to date.
  • You coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
  • You prepare reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
Account & Project Management
  • You understand customer business objectives beyond IT requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • You lead governance meetings, follow up on agreed actions, and proactively identify evolving customer needs.
  • You collaborate closely with the (Sr.) Sales Accelerator on customer and prospect development.
  • You manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, keeping all stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • You understand global deployment variables and vendor support coverage to position our services effectively.
Team Support
  • You share knowledge and coach team members when needed.
Your day in the office

It’s just like real life at Exellyn: every day is unique. Typically, however, this is how a day in our offices would look like:

09:00 The day begins with a fresh cup of coffee or tea and a relaxed catch‑up with colleagues. It’s a moment to settle in, exchange a few updates, and ease into the morning before diving into your accounts.

09:30 Your department gathers for the daily scrum. You discuss key customer topics, align priorities, and coordinate next steps for ongoing projects, proposals, and upcoming deliveries.

10:30 Once the laptop is open, the focus shifts to your customers. CRM updates are reviewed, open proposals are checked, and preparations are made for upcoming conversations. Having everything organized gives you a clear overview of what matters most that day.

11:30 You reach out to customers and prospects to understand their needs, advise them on the best solutions, and follow up on ongoing opportunities. When specific requirements come up, you coordinate with suppliers or internal teams to keep everything aligned and moving forward.

12:30 Lunch offers a well‑deserved break. A plate from the buffet, a moment away from the screen, and the choice between joining a lively table or enjoying a quieter recharge. It’s your time to reset before the afternoon picks up again.

13:30 You take time to look at recurring questions or process gaps. You refine checklists, update internal workflows, and suggest improvements that help prevent issues from returning and make life easier for both customers and colleagues.

15:00 You focus on deeper account work. You prepare proposals, manage non‑standard customer requests, update CRM and ERP entries, and ensure all logistics or vendor‑related details are aligned for smooth execution. You also keep customers informed about progress and the next steps.

16:00 The final tasks of the day are wrapped up. Updates are shared with customers and internal teams to ensure everyone stays aligned on timelines, responsibilities, and any changes that came up during the day.

17:00 You finish the day, close your laptop, and unwind. Sometimes you head to the company gym for a quick recharge, other times you simply enjoy a chat with colleagues before heading home.

This is you

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

  • You enjoy working toward targets and feel motivated when you achieve strong results.
  • You feel comfortable reaching out to people by phone, online, or in person.
