Job summary

Bluerock TMS is seeking a Product Manager to own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, engineering, implementation, and sales to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

You will translate business goals into actionable initiatives, align roadmaps with company objectives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable rapid, high-quality releases and ongoing product improvement across the TMS landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2) desirable
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably SaaS/TMS
• Experience in delivering complex software implementations on time and within budget
• Experience in a product-driven environment with software development and integrations best practices
• Strong understanding of TMS platforms and API integration with ERP/WMS/Visibility providers

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
• Translate business objectives and customer needs into actionable initiatives
• Own backlog management, prioritization, and user story creation
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams across sprint cycles
• Oversee full product lifecycle from ideation to release and adoption
• Coordinate cross-functional activities for successful releases
• Prepare training materials and enablement for internal teams and customers
• Provide guidance to implementation and pre-sales teams
• Ensure documentation, release notes, and communications are maintained
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Support solution design discussions during customer implementations
