Job summary

Tellent in Amsterdam is seeking a Legal Counsel – Benelux to help accelerate commercial velocity while safeguarding regulatory compliance. You will negotiate SaaS agreements, DPAs, and partnership arrangements, acting as a strategic partner to Sales and Partnerships teams in a fast-growing European HR tech company.

Fluency in Dutch and English, a Dutch law qualification, and experience with cross-border technology contracts are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English mandatory; Dutch law qualification required.
• Experience negotiating SaaS/commercial technology agreements.
• Proven track record in structuring and negotiating partnership/reseller agreements.

Responsibilities

• Contract lifecycle management: negotiate SaaS agreements and DPAs to speed up sales cycles.
• Strategic partnership structuring: develop scalable reseller and tech integration agreements across regions.
• Process optimization: build legal playbooks to empower non-legal teams and handle routine queries.
