Job summary

Foleon, an Amsterdam-based content creation platform, is seeking a Legal Counsel to drive contracting across the business for EMEA and US. You’ll review, redline, and negotiate customer agreements, vendor contracts, and maintain the CLM system, reporting to the Head of Legal.

Based in Amsterdam, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing to ensure compliance with EU law and evolving AI regulation, while growing into end-to-end ownership of the contract process.

Qualifications

• Law degree with bar admission or equivalent qualification.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of EU law; US law a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and negotiate customer contracts for EMEA and US.
• Work with customers' legal teams to close agreements.
• Review vendor contracts against company policy.
• Partner on the full vendor contract lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Maintain templates and the contract management system.
