About the Role

As an Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the property's facilities, equipment, and systems. You will play a key role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and exceptional environment for both guests and associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and technical issues
• Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Support renovation projects and facility improvements when required
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations

• Previous experience in a maintenance, engineering, or technical role, preferably within hospitality
• Technical knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• A hands‑on approach with excellent attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on‑call duties when required
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are preferred
