Job summary

Salute is seeking a NOC Operator to monitor and manage data-center installations across EMEA. You will ensure reliable operation of critical systems, respond to alarms, and coordinate with Security, Management, Engineers, and Customers.

Working on a 3-shift pattern, including mornings, afternoons, and nights with weekends. Fluent Dutch and English preferred; you will handle tickets, incident reports, and handovers while keeping end users informed of progress.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (preferred) and English.
• Technical affinity or Helpdesk experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to operate 24/7 with rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor technical and environmental systems and respond to tickets.
• Document issues and compile reports.
• Manage shift handovers and communicate with NOC Manager.
• Perform after-hours support desk tasks.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and inform stakeholders.
