Job summary

AVer Europe is seeking a detail-oriented HR Manager to lead the European operations team from Rotterdam. You will manage partnerships with local payroll providers, ensure labor law compliance across multiple countries, and supervise our European HR and office administration team to drive productivity and operational excellence.

The role requires 2+ years of HR management experience in a pan-European setting, strong English and Dutch, and on-site collaboration with a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of progressive HR management experience in an international or pan-European environment.
• In-depth knowledge of EU labor law, HR policies, compliance and people management best practices.
• Willingness to work on-site in Rotterdam and collaborate with a multicultural, international team.
• Business fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and oversee daily operations of the European HR and office administration team.
• Oversee third-party payroll providers across multiple European countries and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Implement standardized onboarding, leave management, and employee relations frameworks across the region.
• Ensure office facilities and vendor relations support European business objectives.
