Job summary

Shell is offering a Category Management Internship in Rotterdam to support the Foodservice Benelux & France team across purchasing, operations, marketing implementation and strategic projects.

You will work with Buyers, Category Managers and stakeholders on project planning, data analysis and performance reviews to drive commercial results. Open to students in relevant fields with strong Excel and Power BI skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data fluency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Good Excel skills; interest in business performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Project Support: Coordinate cross-functional Foodservice projects from planning to implementation.
• Buying & Category Support: Analyze category performance, sales, margins and product data.
• Operations Support: Analyse operational performance and support rollout of initiatives across locations.
• Marketing & Commercial Implementation Support: Track campaigns and enable data-driven execution.
• Reporting & Business Insights: Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
