Job summary

Hotelschool The Hague is seeking a Rooms Division Instructor to guide third year students in day-to-day Front Office and Housekeeping operations at the Skotel and on campus The Hague. You will coach, supervise, and model high hospitality standards in a dynamic environment.

The role requires experience in hospitality, English proficiency at least C1, and willingness to work irregular hours. The salary ranges from €3,477.51 to €4,595.29 per month, plus benefits and opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• Good communicative skills.
• Several years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, in Front Office and/ or Housekeeping, preferably international.
• Affinity with education within the hospitality sector.
• Excellent verbal and written command of English; (C1 level).
• Experience in supervising students.
• Willing to work irregular hours; there are two shifts (7:00–15:30 and 15:00–23:30) rotating over 7 days a week.
• Hands-on mentality.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructions concerning Housekeeping and Front Office procedures. Instructions are given in English.
• Assist students when applying hospitality knowledge and skills in practice.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations, with regard to administrative and management tasks.
• Coach the third year students in their management skills in the outlets.
• Support and assist students in their role as residents of the Skotel.
• Maintain the high standard of hospitality at Hotelschool The Hague.
• This position is for both our Skotel & Campus The Hague locations.
