Job summary

ASML invites motivated students to join its Global Rewards internship focused on communication and analytics. You will transform complex reward topics into clear, data-driven messages and support reporting and compliance activities across global projects.

You will gain experience in compensation reviews, pay transparency, and sustainability reporting, collaborating with global and local stakeholders in a hybrid work setting starting September/October 2026 for a minimum of five months.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, communication, business administration, economics, or related field.
• Strong written English communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and experience with spreadsheets and data.

Responsibilities

• Create and improve communication materials related to compensation review processes.
• Develop clear content such as FAQs, presentations, guides, and video materials.

Bachelor's or Master's in HR, communications, business administration, economics or related field
