Job summary

ASML is seeking a Communication Intern to join the Global Operation Excellence team in the Netherlands. You will support in developing and implementing internal communication plans, coordinate leadership events, newsletters, and content for internal channels.

The role offers a hybrid working environment and hands-on exposure to HR operations in a leading technology company. The ideal candidate is a bachelor’s or master’s student in communications or international business, fluent in English,

Qualifications

Enrolled in communications, international business or related field.
Fluent in English with strong written communication.
Able to manage and collaborate with stakeholders and multi-task.
Affinity with video creation and content development.

Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of (project) communication plans.
Coordinate and execute department meetings and engagement initiatives to increase community engagement.
Assist in planning and executing leadership events.
Execute communication tasks and newsletters.
Create content for internal social media and manage a content calendar.
Coordinate with regional communications specialists.
