Job summary

ASML is offering a bachelor or master internship in the Security Culture Program’s Behavioral Insights Workstream. You will transform data from multiple sources into actionable insights, support measurement, learning and program development, and communicate findings across the organization.

You’ll work with real business data, identify patterns, and contribute to dashboards, reports and stakeholder presentations in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (Data Science, Data Analytics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Analytics)
• Strong interest in data-driven decision-making and behavioral insights
• Analytical and able to identify trends and meaningful conclusions from data
• Proactive, takes ownership of tasks and deliverables
• Collaborative and comfortable working with stakeholders
• Experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and structure datasets from multiple behavioral data sources
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Combine and analyze datasets to generate richer insights
• Develop insight summaries and support data-driven recommendations
• Explore new measurement approaches and reporting practices
• Create and improve dashboards, reports, and visualizations communicating findings
• Support stakeholder presentations and insight communication activities
