Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Strong interest in data-driven decision-making and behavioral insights.
• Analytical and able to identify trends, patterns, and meaningful conclusions from data.
• Proactive and take ownership of tasks and deliverables.
• Collaborative and comfortable working with different stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and structure datasets from multiple behavioral data sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Combine and analyze datasets to generate richer behavioral insights.
• Develop insight summaries and support data-driven recommendations.
• Explore innovative measurement approaches, indicators, and analytical methods.
• Create and improve dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate findings effectively.
• Support stakeholder presentations and insight communication activities.
