Job summary

OpenUp in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations specialist to own the commercial systems and data. You will manage HubSpot across Sales, Service and Marketing, build integrations with Apollo and in-house tools, and improve data quality and forecasting for Finance and leadership.

Daily work with the Commercial Leadership Team, AEs, BDRs, CS and Finance, delivering AI-powered tooling and scalable processes.

Qualifications

4–7 years in Revenue Operations or GTM engineering at a B2B SaaS.
Expertise in HubSpot or another modern CRM with API integrations.
Built tools using an LLM API (Claude Code, Codex or Cursor).
Experience with enrichment/outbound tooling (Apollo, FullEnrich, Lusha).
Fluent English; German or Dutch is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Own HubSpot across Sales, Service and Marketing Hub including objects, lifecycle stages, workflows and reporting.
Integrate Apollo and in-house tools; ensure data quality and account allocation.
Provide pipeline forecasting, reporting, and quarter-end inputs for Finance and leadership.
Build and maintain AI tooling on top of HubSpot, Apollo and LLM APIs; prototype, test, launch and monitor.
Define commercial processes from lead to renewal and drive AI adoption among teams.
