Job summary

Mama Shelter Amsterdam is seeking a Revenue Manager to lead income strategy for room inventory, aligning with the General Manager and brand guidelines. You will maximise revenue while maintaining a smart commercial balance and anticipate market movements.

You will manage RMS and PMS tools, oversee data quality, forecast RevPAR and market share, analyse competition, and lead the Booking & Revenue team to deliver memorable guest experiences while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Leadership to anticipate and shape market trends.
• Fluency with reservations and distribution systems (TARS, PMS, IDEAS, Opera Cloud).
• Legendary organisational and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strategic risk assessment.
• Excel spreadsheets and reporting as standard practice.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategy aligned with General Manager and brand guidelines.
• Guarantee data quality in RMS/PMS and translate analyses into decisions.
• Monitor market and competition, adjust prices with finesse.
• Produce forecasts and recommendations to optimise channels and RevPAR.
• Lead and develop the Booking & Revenue Agent team to exceed targets.
• Ensure adherence to procedures while keeping Mama Shelter unique.
