TestGorilla is hiring a Revenue & Billing Analyst to own the customer lifecycle finances—billing, AR, collections, reconciliations and reporting. You’ll work with the Head of Finance and Senior Financial Controller in a lean, remote Finance team and drive improvements to processes and data quality.

The role emphasizes ownership, strong English communication, and experience with subscription billing platforms. Global remote company with flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer billing for subscription or recurring-revenue businesses.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Thrives in a remote, async-first environment.
• Proven ability to own billing/AR issues through resolution.
• Experience with AR, collections, dunning and refunds.

Responsibilities

• Own customer billing end-to-end, including invoicing and subscription changes.
• Manage accounts receivable, collections and dunning, resolving payment issues.
• Produce and explain reconciliations across billing, payments and ledger.
• Develop and improve automation around AR, billing and reporting.
• Support pricing changes from a Finance perspective with cross‑team collaboration.
