Job summary

Saga Legal is seeking a Revenue Accounting Specialist to ensure the accuracy of customer, billing and revenue data—from contracts and subscriptions to invoices and deferred revenue. You’ll help build our revenue processes, document workflows, and identify where automation can reduce manual work.

Working with Finance, Customer Success and Sales, you’ll own billing systems (Chargebee), run month-end close, and strive for clean data and reliable revenue metrics across international operations in

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations or related field.
• Experience with billing and invoicing processes.
• Fluent English with strong numerical and spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day billing and invoicing, maintaining accurate customer records.
• Own Chargebee system and integrations as the internal/external single point of contact.
• Prepare and maintain deferred revenue calculations and month-end close with accurate figures.
• Reconcile data between systems and investigate discrepancies when numbers don’t match.
• Follow up on overdue invoices with Customer Success and Sales teams.
• Document and improve revenue processes, pursuing automation and AI opportunities.
