Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience and keep product knowledge up to date.
• Support store KPI achievement by delivering sales at target levels set by store management.
• Maintain the sales floor and back-of-house areas to uphold high brand and retail standards.
• Restock and replenish in correct places, keeping stockroom aisles clear.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures as trained.
• Represent the Clarks brand at all times.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Comply with company and legal requirements.
