Job summary

PUMA Europe GmbH Vestiging Nederland is looking for a motivated retail professional to join as a full-time Store Team Member. Together with the Store Manager you will drive sales, KPIs and profitability through planning, excellent service and compelling product presentation.

You will handle cash, exchanges and refunds, manage promotions at the register, and support recruiting, training, coaching, and retention.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience in retail.
• Passion for the PUMA brand.
• Customer-oriented, reliable and friendly.
• Strong communication and motivation skills.
• Strong organization and time-management.
• Ability to present to large groups.

YOUR MISSION

Together with the Store Manager, you ensure that the store continuously meets or exceeds sales, KPI, and profitability targets through the effective use of short- and long-term planning, cost control, and first-class service. You ensure consistently high customer satisfaction within the store according to our PUMA values and established service standards. You are responsible for the accurate execution of sales, exchanges, refunds, as well as discount promotions at the cash register while ensuring that all guidelines are followed. You support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, developing, coaching, motivating, and retaining high-performing and results-oriented team members. You manage and monitor the Loss Prevention education and awareness programs; you take responsibility for Loss Prevention and Operational Compliance within the store. You review and monitor the implementation of all Visual Guidelines standards and ensure a consistently high visual presentation of the store that meets or exceeds PUMA standards. You are willing to accept development opportunities at other locations. You join our team full-time.

YOUR TALENT
