You will participate in promotions, learn across departments, assist with stock, POS, and loyalty programs, and uphold Crocs values in a diverse store environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service to customers using the CROCS service model.
Foster a positive team environment with open communication.
Assist in departments: consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, stock management.
Support daily retail operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing & markdowns, loyalty programs, cleanliness.
Lead by example and collaborate with store management to improve KPIs.
Adhere to Crocs Asset Protection policies and inventory control procedures.
