Job summary

WE Fashion BV is seeking a Country Manager Netherlands to drive commercial and operational performance of 89 WE stores in the Netherlands. You will lead 5 District Managers, translate our European strategy into clear Dutch priorities and own P&L responsibility.

You will ensure strong leadership, regular store presence, and a focus on product, visual merchandising, staffing, service and customer experience to improve results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in retail, including senior commercial leadership.
• Experience leading and developing managers across a large multi-store organisation.
• Have held P&L responsibility and steer revenue, costs, budgets, forecasts and KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear priorities and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5 District Managers and translate European retail strategy into the Dutch market.
• Hold P&L responsibility and steer on revenue, costs, profitability, budgets, forecasts and KPIs.
• Be regularly present in stores to align merchandising, staffing, service and customer experience.
• Professionalise the Dutch retail organisation with structure, processes and clear responsibilities.
• Lead and develop managers, set expectations and motivate teams to deliver results.
