Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated professional with hands‑on experience in an acute care hospital environment (ICU, HDU, ED, or similar) who is ready to transition into a career in sales. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse or clinician with direct patient care experience who wants to leverage their clinical knowledge, communication skills, and passion for healthcare into a customer‑facing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, leveraging clinical knowledge to understand customer needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training, and education for clinical staff as part of the sales team.
• Translate complex medical and technical product details into clear, practical benefits for end users.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback from clinical environments to improve product offerings.
• Develop sales skills including pipeline management, prospecting, cold acquisitions, and territory planning with mentorship and training provided.

Requirements

• Registered nurse (or equivalent) with recent experience in ICU/acute care settings (e.g., intensive care, critical care, emergency, surgical recovery).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clinical stakeholders.
• Motivated to transition into a sales role; previous sales experience not required.
• High level of adaptability, resilience, and enthusiasm for learning sales processes.
• Fluency in Dutch and very good English skills.
