AFHCo Stores NL BV is looking for a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience. This role acts as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to drive store performance and daily sales.

With responsibilities including operating register systems, maintaining visual displays, and performing opening/closing routines, candidates should have retail experience and fluency in English and Dutch. The position offers a full-time salary starting at 33,196.80€ annually.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English & Dutch required.
• No supervisory/management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality in-store experience as Floor Supervisor.
• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point-of-Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
