AFHCo Stores NL BV is looking for a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience. This role acts as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to drive store performance and daily sales.

With responsibilities including operating register systems, maintaining visual displays, and performing opening/closing routines, candidates should have retail experience and fluency in English and Dutch. The position offers a full-time salary starting at 33,196.80€ annually.

Job description

Job Description: The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

What you’ll do

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point‑of‑Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision‑making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Work schedule requirements

Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 24 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

What it takes

• Education – High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience – At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisor/managerial experience – No supervisory/management experience is required.
• Language – CEFR B2 fluency in English & Dutch, required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.

Compensation

Full‑time starting rate: 33,196.80€ annually (range 33,196.80€–33,196.80€ annually). Full‑time equivalent hours are 38 per week.
