Job summary

Weekday Netherlands is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a passionate team and create memorable customer experiences on the shop floor. You’ll set the tone for a welcoming, high-energy environment and ensure operations align with brand standards while driving results.

You will coach Sales Advisors, analyse sales data, support recruitment and onboarding, and step into Store Manager duties when needed. Fluent English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of store operations & standards from retail experience.
• Customer-focused with strong service orientation.
• Product passion and ability to share enthusiasm with customers.
• Excellent communication and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service through styling advice and store experience.
• Analyze sales data and collaborate to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to meet standards.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for new team members.
• Identify future talent and contribute to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure brand alignment.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering best customer experience.
• Step into Store Manager role when required to ensure leadership continuity.
