Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Retail sales experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve corner commercial targets by monitoring sales KPIs and implementing action plans.
• Guide the team to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold standards.
• Drive selling ceremonies including upselling and cross-selling with customer insights.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive brand awareness.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and ensure store presentation aligns with image.
• Coordinate relationships with shopping center stakeholders and other brands.
