Job summary

LOEWE is seeking a Team Leader in Amsterdam to support Store Management in delivering service standards and achieving sales targets. You will lead the floor, coach staff, and act as a role model for the team while ensuring a superior client experience.

You will manage day-to-day store operations, participate in training, and drive clienteling and product knowledge to enhance cross-selling. English is essential, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar retail role.
• Ability to lead a diverse team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and clienteling abilities.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with day-to-day team operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty in management absence.
• Open and close the store when management is not present.
• Deliver training and coaching to the team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to clients.
• Cross-sell and upsell by leveraging product knowledge.
• Maintain brand heritage and visual standards in the store.
• Develop and grow client book and update client information.
• Participate in inventory management and back-of-house tasks.
