Job summary

FTI Consulting in Amsterdam seeks a proactive professional to support restructuring advisory and IBR work for major clients. You will analyze financial drivers, participate in strategy development and help prepare restructuring plans with senior colleagues.

The role offers exposure to banks, private equity and corporates, with opportunities to mentor juniors and grow within an international firm.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in restructuring, corporate finance or a tier one consultancy firm.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Professional in English and/or Dutch is required.
• Master’s degree or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the delivery of restructuring advisory or IBRs (self-directed).
• Assessing fundamental drivers of the business and reasons for variances.
• Performing data studies and interpreting results for restructuring plans.
• Developing restructuring plans (including WHOA).
• Client liaison and presenting findings, orally or written.
• Mentoring juniors and sharing best practices.
