Job summary

FTI Consulting in Amsterdam is seeking a Graduate Associate in Restructuring and Corporate Finance to join our Turnaround & Restructuring practice. You will work on financial distress assessments, liquidity analyses and stakeholder communications as part of a high-caliber team.

You’ll develop cash flow models, support restructuring options, and contribute to client-ready reports. Ideal candidates are finishing Finance/Econ degrees in 2026/2027 with fluency in English and Dutch and internship

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a Finance-related field and expected/graduated in 2026/27.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (oral and written).
• Proficient in Excel with financial modelling and scenario analyses.
• Internship experience in a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Join a highly skilled team to assess financial distress and liquidity challenges.
• Build and analyse cash flow forecasts and restructuring scenario analyses.
• Assist in stakeholder management and reporting to creditors and clients.
• Support in preparing concise client-ready reports and presentations.
• Collaborate across Benelux and international projects within Turnaround & Restructuring.
