Job summary

HSO International is seeking a Planning Coordinator to support long-term projects by ensuring effective resource planning, allocation, and utilization. You will work with Project Managers, Team Leads, and Consultants to build high-performing project teams and maintain planning accuracy.

The role focuses on coordinating resources, monitoring capacity, and updating planning systems while collaborating with stakeholders to shape project teams for new or ongoing projects in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in resource planning, project coordination, or PMO roles.
• Strong administrative and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Review project planning to ensure optimal resource allocation and prevent overallocation.
• Daily monitor and plan resource capacity, project demand, and future staffing needs.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Team Leads to assign suitable resources.
• Maintain accurate planning and resource availability data in planning systems.
• Support Project Manager activities, including updating planning and timesheet approvals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape project teams based on skills and availability.
• Act as primary contact between delivery teams and resource stakeholders.
