Job summary

HSO Group B.V. is seeking a Planning Coordinator to support long-term project delivery by ensuring effective resource planning, allocation, and utilization.

You will work with Project Managers, Team Leads, and Consultants to build high-performing teams and maintain planning accuracy across the organization. Hybrid work model with 40% office presence; 12-month fixed-term contract and visa-free EU working rights required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in resource planning, project coordination, PMO, or workforce management.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication with stakeholders.
• Strong administrative skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Review project planning for accuracy and optimal resource allocation.
• Daily monitor and plan resource capacity, project demand and staffing needs.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Team Leads to assign resources.
• Maintain planning and resource data within planning systems.
• Support Project Manager activities, including updating planning and timesheet approvals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape project teams based on skills and availability.
• Act as a point of contact between delivery teams and resource stakeholders.
