Job summary

Community Action House is seeking a Resale Specialist to manage daily resale floor operations, merchandising, pricing, and volunteer coordination across multiple store locations. You will also assist with guest escalations and support leadership in continuous improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes a donor- and guest-focused approach within a mission-driven team, with opportunities for professional development and advancement to Assistant Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with donors, volunteers, and guests.
• Execute daily store operations, including pricing, merchandising, displays, inventory rotation, and returns.
• Operate a POS system, handle cash, and ensure accuracy including opening/closing registers and deposits.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and processing area.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and support managers with communications.
• Contribute to a healthy, productive work environment.
• Promote the organization's mission and opportunities to give.
