Job summary

Hef Associates in the Netherlands is seeking a Reporting & Tagetik Specialist to own the Tagetik platform and drive accurate financial reporting and consolidation across multiple entities.

You will partner with the Group Finance team to improve month-end/year-end processes, develop KPI insights, and implement AI-enabled features for enhanced efficiency and insights.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in finance, management accounting, or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a timely, efficient, and accurate reporting and forecasting process.
• Review financial statements to ensure accuracy and IFRS compliance; adjust as necessary.
• Prepare high-quality consolidated reports for the Management Board, Supervisory Board, and Executive Team.
• Support and coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Oversee and continuously improve the group’s reporting and consolidation systems.
• Drive improvements in KPI reporting, performance management, and financial insights.
• Lead projects to improve systems and tools for more efficient performance management.
• Serve as a liaison between finance and other group functions regarding data and reporting.
• Own and develop the Tagetik platform, including process improvements, roadmap, and AI features.
• Provide user support and report generation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to reach your full potential while playing a key role in the group’s reporting and forecasting processes, working closely with colleagues across the finance team. You will help ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting, while also serving as a subject matter expert for reporting and consolidation.

You will report directly to the Finance Director and work closely with the Group Control team and CFOs across the company.

A significant part of your role will focus onTagetik, where you will be responsible for the platform, drive process improvements, define the roadmap, and explore new features, including AI capabilities. You will also assist key users in creating and optimizing reports.

Key Responsibilities
