Pararius and Huurwoningen.nl are seeking a Technical Web Analyst & CDP Lead to own the Tealium architecture, iQ, EventStream and AudienceStream, and to drive the Server-Side tracking transition.

You will design robust tagging structures and act as the technical partner for CRO, Marketing and Product teams in Rotterdam, uniting data strategy with practical implementation.

We are looking for a Tag Management & CDP Specialist who wants to transition from 'just implementation' to 'strategic ownership'. You won't just be placing tags; you will be the architect of our Tealium environment (iQ, EventStream, and AudienceStream) and the driving force behind our Server-Side tracking transition.

What you’ll be doing:

• Architecting the CDP: Leading the integration of AudienceStream to create a truly personalized 360-degree user view.
• Advanced Tagging: Designing complex Client- and Server-Side tagging structures that are robust and privacy-proof.
• Bridge the Gap: You’re the technical partner for the CRO, Marketing and Product teams, translating business ambitions into flawless data infrastructure.

Who you are:

• You eat, sleep, and breathe Customer Data Platforms (Tealium is a huge plus, but Adobe or Segment experience works too).
• You have a clear vision on GA4 and the transition to Server-Side tracking.
• You are a communicator. You can explain the 'why' behind a data layer to a Product Owner without losing them in jargon.
• You take ownership. If the tracking breaks, you’re already on it before anyone notices.
