Job summary

Partner Company, listed via Jobgether, seeks a Weekend Localization & Interpreting Project Manager based in the Netherlands. The role coordinates localization and interpreting projects in a fully remote, international environment, acting as the main link between clients and a global network of freelance translators and interpreters.

You will oversee projects from planning through final delivery, manage budgets, timelines, resources and quality, and use Plunet for time tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, localization, interpreting, or customer service.
• Knowledge of localization and interpreting processes and workflows.
• Practical CAT tool knowledge: Smartcat, memoQ, Trados.
• Experience with translation management systems such as Trados.
• English fluency plus at least one additional language.
• Excellent organizational and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate international stakeholders and manage multiple projects.
• Professional, client-focused approach and working hours commitment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate localization and interpreting projects from planning to delivery.
• Prepare budgets, quotations, and manage resources and timelines.
• Use Plunet for time tracking and project management oversight.
• Monitor progress, quality, and client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate with clients and freelancers via email, phone, and chat.
• Negotiate deadlines and rates with translators and interpreters.
• Maintain relationships with language professionals across countries.
• Perform quality checks, proofreading, and final reviews.
• Adhere to internal policies and quality standards.
