Job summary

Ethos is seeking a VP of Customer Insights to lead research across professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the full study lifecycle, craft thematic coding, and translate insights into actionable product recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting customer or user research with ownership of the full study lifecycle.
• Fluency with thematic coding methods, survey design/statistics, and translating data into usability test findings decks and journey maps.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct customer/usability studies from discussion guides to insight synthesis.
• Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Produce synthesis decks, journey maps, and research writeups translating findings into product recommendations.
