From your first consultation to post-trip feedback, you will communicate clearly, resolve questions promptly, and add thoughtful upgrades and surprise touches that elevate every trip. The role is fully remote with strong mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple requests.
• Comfort learning new online platforms and booking systems quickly.
• Experience in hospitality or travel a plus but not mandatory
• A genuine passion for travel and for helping others discover the world.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand their travel vision and design tailored itineraries.
• Address any concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.

• Support clients from the first conversation through their return and post-trip feedback.
