HirePrime is seeking a Computer User Support Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshooting to our team and/or customers. You will diagnose computer and software issues, guide users remotely through solutions, document tickets and resolutions, and escalate complex problems as needed.

This role requires clear communication and patience with non-technical users, and a willingness to stay current on the software and systems we rely on.

Formación

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• IT support or help desk experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and patience with non-technical users.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot computer/software issues.
• Walk users through step-by-step solutions remotely.
• Document support tickets and resolutions accurately.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to the right team.
