Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on technical operations lead to turn problems into scalable automations and repeatable processes. You will own projects end to end.

The role covers HubSpot CRM, workflow automation, reporting, integrations, and AI-enabled processes, with autonomy and async collaboration.

Fully remote, with strong ownership, you’ll improve operations across teams, document systems, and ensure enduring adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience building operational systems, workflows, or internal tools used by teams.
• Hands-on HubSpot workflows, integrations, segmentation, and CRM architecture.
• Ability to identify a business problem, determine what should be built, and independently turn the solution into a working system.
• Practical experience writing, debugging, or working with code; AI-assisted development experience expected.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows or automations used in production.
• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with automation/integration tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs.
• Familiarity with Claude, Claude Code, Google Sheets/Workspace, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies independently.
• Strong project ownership and ability to manage multiple initiatives asynchronously.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, operations, leadership, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own technical operations projects from problem identification through implementation, adoption, documentation, and ongoing improvement.
• Translate business problems into practical systems, workflows, automations, and technical solutions without relying on detailed specifications.
• Migrate and standardize meeting-booking and website form processes using HubSpot and establish consistent structures across the organization.
• Architect HubSpot segmentation and CRM structures for reporting, routing, and operational workflows with scalable data models.
• Connect platforms like Google Search Console, GA4, and Merchant Center with AI tools to automate analysis, reporting, alerts, and insights.
• Identify and automate repetitive processes across client account management, sales, partnerships, and joint-venture operations.
• Improve lead-generation and email workflows focusing on measurable outcomes rather than activity volume.
• Systematize operational processes such as content audits so quality standards are embedded in repeatable workflows.
• Take ownership of the management and development of an existing internal product, improving its systems and effectiveness.
• Write, modify, test, and debug code when required, using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation.
• Work with APIs, integrations, automation platforms, CRM systems, reporting tools, and internal workflows to build practical solutions.
• Document systems and processes clearly so they can be operated and maintained by others.
• Drive adoption after implementation with stakeholders to integrate new processes into day-to-day operations.
• Diagnose systems producing inaccurate results even when no obvious errors are visible.
• Continuously identify manual, inefficient work and determine where automation can help.
• Collaborate with leadership and other teams while acting autonomously in an asynchronous environment.
